Free shipping on UK orders

SHIPPING METHOD

UK customers:

I will send your item by Royal Mail first class, normally within 1-2 days of receiving payment. 

Non-UK customers:

All non-UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed international delivery. If there are savings to be made by combining items in large orders I'll let you know and process a refund for you.

NORMAL DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries usually take:

• UK: 3 days
• Europe: 1-2 weeks
• United States and Canada: 2 weeks
• Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else: 3 weeks

IF YOUR ITEM DOESN'T ARRIVE

Royal Mail doesn't consider items lost until after:

• 10 business days for items posted within the UK
• 28 business days for items posted to destinations outside the UK

Please let me know if your item doesn't arrive when expected and I'll do my best to help.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I'm happy to help, just contact me within 14 days of delivery.  You need to send items back within 30 days of delivery. 

You're responsible for the return postage costs.  It doesn't matter if the box has been opened, but the contents must be unused and undamaged. If the item isn't returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel any time within 24 hours of purchase as long as I haven't already posted it. If it's been posted, just follow the returns policy.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

You are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.  I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

VAT and the EU

VAT is charged at your national rate by your government on all goods coming into the EU from the UK.  If you are in the EU please order through my Etsy store as Etsy has systems which will collect the necessary taxes. This avoids delay at customs so you will receive your order more quickly. 

PRIVACY

I take your privacy seriously.  Your name, your address and your email address  will be used by me to complete your order or to contact you in connection with your order.

If you have signed up to my newsletter, I will contact you roughly once a month with information about new designs, special offers for subscribers or sales.  You can unsubscribe at any time. 

Your details are kept securely on a password-protected computer.  I will not pass on your information to anyone else. 

A third-party cookie collects and shares customer browsing behaviour while you're on this site.
