Free shipping on UK orders

I will send your item by Royal Mail first class or, for overseas deliveries, by Royal Mail international standard, normally within 1-2 days of receiving payment. 

Deliveries usually take:

• UK: 3 days
• Europe: 1-2 weeks
• United States & Canada: 2 weeks
• Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else: 3 weeks

To keep costs down for customers, items are not tracked unless this is specifically requested and you pay the additional cost.

Last order dates are published in the autumn each year.

If your item doesn't arrive

Royal Mail doesn't consider items to be lost until it's more than:

• 10 business days for items posted within the UK
• 28 business days for items posted to destinations outside the UK
